The bags that came with the shredder are awefully thin, tear easily, and make a huge mess. Shredder is great though.

We were using plain trash bags and thought we were saving money. In reality, we spent way to much time changing the bags. They filled up too fast and took too long to put on and take off. We won't go back to regular trash bags again. Using the bags that were made for the shredder is a no brainer.

No, not all shredders are recommended for use with a bag. You are always welcome to try a bag with a shredder, and we do have Fellowes bags designed specifically for Fellowes shredders, but sometimes the bag can get in the way of ensuring that the bin closes properly and therefore affects the overall operation of your machine.1 year, 5 months ago
